drupixoupsss... I resolve my problem.
The files directory containing slideshow directories should be at the root of your web (i.e http://www.example.com/files/).
I was thinking that the prefixed "file directory" in admin/settings/fade_slideshow was the drupal file system (http://www.example.com/drupal/sites/files/).
It could be cool to store slideshow directories in it...
