We need to test:

1) Confirm that the "You are not allowed to post a new blog entry." message shows up if we've submitted blog entries, then been denied that permission, and we go to the blog page.
2) View the blog page with some blog entries.
3) View the blog of a user with no blog entries as another user.
4) blog_page_last() with user access to edit own blog.

I took a look at the existing code in blog.test. I think 4 is already tested, and by adding the creation of an extra node in doBasicTests() 2 is tested too.
Made a patch that adds 1 and 3 to the existing test.
