TestingParty08: Book overview page

This information is from the code coverage report (see http://coverage.cwgordon.com/coverage).

We need to test:

1) The books overview page.
2) Attempting to export a book page in an unknown format.
3) Attempting to view exported book pages as an unprivileged user.
4) View the outline of an individual node.
5) Add a node to a book outline.
6) Removing nodes from the book outline.
7) Choosing a book/parent node from the drop down select list (test the AHAH too).
