This information is from the code coverage report (see http://coverage.cwgordon.com/coverage).
We need to test:
1) Link on the node to # of attachments
2) Downloading files
3) Enabled/disabled attachments
4) Deleting uploaded files
5) Uploaded files showing up in RSS
6) Uploaded files in search results
7) Deal with the whole "maximum quota" thing.
