i dont know is this bug or not....
but i dont see yui editor for posting comments.

i'd really like to have it on comment form.

This is because by default the YUI Editor only show up on the body id. Check the IDs setting onthe YUI Editor config page.

Browse to: Admin -> Settings -> YUI Editor

Look for the ID textarea near the top of the page.
