i like to separated each category into separate blocks and not joined with navigation menu.
this way i can put each category block on different sides.

I need this feature as well.

To me this is the missing feature in this module. Only if this module can leverage on what taxonomy navigation has and extend it further, then it can be called a "great module".

If I understand correctly, this feature is part of the 6.x-2.x version.
If I don't understand correctly, I am pretty sure this WILL be part of the 6.x-3.x version.
Killing this issue... "won't fix"
