how to configure?

Hi,
Does this module configure itself setting the system path in drupal?
I can't find any interface to adjust settings of this module, so I think configuration is automatic.
This module could be great for me, because for some strange reasons, all my uploaded files are seen as text/plain, also if their exteions is zip or mp3. So, forcing browsers download instead of open them, could be a solution.
