function _book_admin_sort_tree is never used [#276860]

Looks like a couple functions at the end of book.admin.inc are carried over from 5.x, and were probably made unnecessary when the AHAH patch went in (but were not removed).

removing these has no effect on the functioning of the rest of the module - they are referenced at no place in the current code base.

backport for 6.x - patch above seems to fail due to whitespace change.

I've committed this to CVS HEAD. It doesn't affect the book module tests -- they still succeed with zero failures and zero exceptions. I haven't committed this to DRUPAL-6 yet -- I'll leave that up to Gabor to decide.
