Possible to add static content to tag pages?

When i create content on my site, I tag the stories into a taxonomy. The taxonomy pages show the content like this:
http://www.centernetworks.com/company/microsoft

I'd love to be able to add content above the stories - like a basic company overview. Is this possible?

Right now it's:
name of tag
----
content 1
content 2

i'd love it to be:
name of tag
----
static content
content 1
content 2
