I have a site running D5, which has a block of HTML in a sidebar (the HTML snippet for a CC license). Now I upgraded that site to D6 on a test domain, and suddenly some of the comments in that text block are visible. The comments are needed for the RDF, so I can't just remove them. I've tried editing the block with different input methods, but to no avail.

Any idea what I can do to just get D6 to accept that block of HTML verbatim? Any deeper reason for why this has changed between D5 and D6?

The HTML corrector filter is the culprit! Turning that off has solved them problem.
