The "Getting Started" section of the documentation has this:

The Database File Management (DBFM) functionality is accessed from the Resource Manager option while the DBFM Document Manager home page can be directly accessed from the banner menu.

I hate to be dense, but I don't know where the "Resource Manager" or the "banner menu" are. Can you clarify?

Also, on the demo site, I believe that "passsword" should be "password" as the passwords for ituser and manager.

Apologies for that - the documentation is kinda tailored around our own site so you'll probably need to edit it a little for your own site.

We use the DAPI module (written by rooey) which shows the user icons for all our site's available applications (rather than just a conventional menu) and it's refered to as the resource manager. Also, at the base of the "banner" which runs across the top of the main site page we have a single line menu of the most popular applications.
Perhaps rooey could be persuaded to put the resource manager on his demo site to advertise how attractive it looks?
