is this going to be update for drupal 6 in the future?

Yes, I intend to port it in the future, but first I'll have to inspect the new cck 6 changes, so I cant give a definite date.

Since I'm interested in a port and duplicating efforts most of the time are a waste I'm marking this a douplicate of another patch thread for D6 #275983: Port nodeconvert.module to Drupal 6
