In one browser, create a poll and vote on it.
In another browser, login as the same user and view the poll
In the first browser, view the poll again.

I cannot reproduce this bug. I created a poll on a current version of D7, voted on it, and logged in on another browser as the same user, and viewed the poll. It appears to work perfectly with no errors.

Can you still reproduce this on a fresh version of D7?
