Removing story ID integration - I had forgotten that this is not a feature that is used by the Innovation News Installation Profile.

Brought Story IDs back into XML. Also made some XML formatting changes, as whitespace really doesn't seem to do anything to help the end user.

Setting utf-8 in the header.

Changed encoding of XML to UTF-8. This should allow more characters to be used in the XML.

Greatly simplified credit sections of README files.

Removed call to nonexistant variable .

Fixed the credits in all README files. Fixed a bug with Edition Viewer in which the module would report that there is no content in an edition, even when there was content. Also some minor formatting fixes to the Edition Viewer XML.
