This release fixes a problem with an install file, preventing masspay functionality from working (as such, uninstalling and reinstalling marketplace is necessary - or add a database column manually (mp_orders.install)).

Read README for important installation details. The new features include fine-grained commission rate control and full-integration of Paypal Masspay and manual payment methods. This beta also fixes a bug with collecting roles for seller reports.
