This release fixes a problem with an install file, preventing masspay functionality from working (as such, uninstalling and reinstalling marketplace is necessary - or add a database column manually (mp_orders.install)).
It also adds one new feature (thanks goes to torgosPizza), an admin base/minimum price field that admins can specify that sellers must meet (#294507: Store admin base price).

This release adds some powerful new functionality. These new features require testing to ensure proper functioning. Please uninstall previous versions before installing this. Read README for important installation details. The new features include fine-grained commission rate control and full-integration of Paypal Masspay and manual payment methods. This beta also fixes a bug with collecting roles for seller reports.

First public beta. Supports basic seller file download functionality and customizable price fields. For details of additions, see seller settings page in Ubercart configuration. New mp_file requires filefield and proper configuration in aforementioned settings page. Before testing, make sure to read README and properly configure price fields.
