Removing "Create" label for new content type title

The title of each new content type automatically appends the word "Create" to the beginning of whatever label the admin comes up for that new content type. In my own case, the content type I created is "Question", which results in the awkward "Create Question" or "Create a Question" label for the user. I'd like to remove "Create" if possible. Any idea how to do that?
