I had Dynamic rendering all configured and working fine on my site, while it was being built. As soon as I made the site live (ie: accessable via the domain name, rather than ip address/path/to/the/site) dynamic rendering quit working and I was unable to make it work again.

The only solution I found was to remove the module and install the sifr module instead. Using all the same rules it worked straight away.

What exactly do you mean by "quit working" ?

Without further information I need to guess this issue has been fixed in the meanwhile.
