Reaching minimum level

From the module Menu Restricter.

The Primary links (Menu Restricter) block shows its similarity to the standard one, the difference is everything below its minimum level (in the settings) is cropped ; the block is hidden when browsing under the menu minimum level.

The block titles are usually set to but I needed to be explicit for this example.
