I have just been getting stuck into the survey module. I created a nice form so that users on my site could submit articles by upload as an alternative to the usual 'type and submit' on one of the content nodes.

The reason for this alternative is, and I'm sure many of you will have had the same problem, because copying and pasting an MS Word file (which most users on my site use to compose their texts) onto one of the WYSISYG editors is like splitting an atom.

Anyway this is what the form looks like:

Now it all works fine except for the upload part. I tried several times but the file never seems to be uploaded when the survey form is submitted. Or if it is then it's going to a location on my server that I don't know about or cannot access.

Does anyone know how the uploads work with this module and if there is a way of directing the uploaded files to a specific folder that I could later have access to?

because I've also had problems getting the file upload to work, it seems if it's not going to work, it shouldn't be there in the first place. Anyone else have an idea?
