Problems with IE @ smaller resolutions

Description
It appears that this theme has some pretty significant problems within Internet Explorer (6) at lower resolutions (e.g. 800x600, 1024x768).

I managed to get this to work simply by making a few changes to the layout.css file. I cut down each sidebar by 20px (and adjusted all appropriate margins) and it seemed to fix the majority of the problems. I also photoshopped the pasek.gif (block header) file down 20px.
Attached are my changes, just rename layoutcss.txt to layout.css
please let me know how it works and what you think of it.
