Issue Summary
I have followed the instructions in the readme file. phpFlickr seems to work fine and the module shows up in the content type. There are no rights issues. There are no errors in the log. Everything else seems to work but the upload field is not showing up in the node.

My own stupidity. I had tabs turned off.
