I seem to remember a problem with this years ago... and now that I'm attempting to use a new version of the Audio Module, I can't help but wonder if this is a problem.

I could be totally OFF here, but I figured I'd ask anyway, as I don't see any mention of it in support queues.

If this is a better question for the getID3 developer, and not the drupal module developer, please let me know. Maybe I'd be better off with a newer version (greater than 1.7.7)?

Yeah it will read the images from getid3. This module doesn't really do anything with that information though. It would be up to the calling module. Eventually the audio module will be using this in 6.
