I just installed CCK and Views RC1 and the latest Date field type.
I created a CCK type called Event with a field of type date called date.
I then created a node of type Event for testing purposes.
I then created a view to show published nodes of type Event to show the fields node title, node creation date, and Content:Date:date.
It worked fine.
I then decided to change the field label for my date field in my Event node type. I changed it to Event Date.
Then I went back to have a look at my View and there is no longer any option to add/subtract/re-order fields. The middle column now only shows Relationships and Arguments. Is this a bug, or is it supposed to work this way for a reason that I just don't understand?
When I edit a different view, for instance the Calendar view, Fields are there.

merlinofchaos commentedOnly some styles have fields; for example, if using the 'node' row style, you don't get fields.
