Uploading images

Well, I've got Drupal 5.7 up and running on my site.
I was reading through the handbook (getting-started_2.pdf) to get started when I ran into a bit of trouble...
I'm trying to upload images.

page 31 has this to say...

Enable content types for uploads
Create content
Attach file - uncheck List file, copy file path under the box once it's uploaded.

The problem is... they don't really tell you how to any one of these three things.
The thing is they know that they need to tell you to do something, they just don't know how to explain it.
And explaining things is really what help documents are all about.

It reminds me of this Seinfeld clip:

If anyone could help and remember what it was like to upload their first image that would be great. Enjoy the clip.

Brandt, Please file an issue

Brandt,

Please file an issue in the documentation queue: http://drupal.org/node/add/project-issue/documentation

upload settings are in admin/content/types once the module is enabled - hopefully that'll get you started.
