Navigation menu layout incorrect in Firefox 2

Description
The top level menu item (in navigation menu) does not appear correctly in Firefox 2, it shows up on the line below where it's supposed. Example, when logged in, Create content, Administer, Content management, Site building... does not appear on the line with the bullet, it appear on the line below.
