Version 3.1 worked with views filter block just fine, after upgrading to version 4.1 views check box only works when Views Filterblock is not replacing the filters. Once agian, both module worked together in 3.1, for now I downgraded back to 3.1

Thanks for the report. I had already noticed and fixed it, but not uploaded the change - now done. So you'll need the current dev. version - it's identical to the release except for this fix (and a spelling correction!)
