PHP errors after enabling tinymce

As soon as I enabled TinyMce module, I started getting this error:

notice: Undefined index: #type in C:\apache2triad\htdocs\tes\modules\search\search.module on line 1124.

not sure if it's a search module or a TinyMce problem
