I have one website which I am testing on vista ie7 but it is not allowing me to login however it allows me to login when I am using firefox and other browser.

Do you have other Drupal sites which do work in IE7? What are the differences?

I had same issue.. Its fixed by setting your system date & time to current time. Then clear your browsing history (cookies).

Due to the lack of follow-up from the original poster, I'm going to assume this is no longer an issue. Drupal 5 is no longer supported, so if you have a similar problem in Drupal 6 or higher please open a new issue.
