Issue Summary
Issue is the update interval in weather module seems wrong.
Looking into the codes it should be 1 hour. Yes?
Question is Why the label "Reported on 2 July, 2008 - 9:00" in the next update would be "Reported on 2 July, 2008 - 9:30"?
And so on each with 30mins interval.
Why the label reflects 30 mins update interval while the codes specify 1 hour interval? Something wrong?
