Other then using simple menu or nice menu, is there any other choice I can use? or Does anyone can let me know how to edit in my template similiar like the below's website?

I've not seen any. I'd be interested to hear about any other menu projects too.

Your first step to success is to perhaps change that question to:
'how do I integrate suckerfish menus into my theme?'
And your second, optional, step is to post the new question in the themeing forum.

I did some quick searching and found lots of theme developers doing it, but no information on how.
I think the theme template only requires a small snippet of script to tap into drupal's primary/secondary
menu system, and of course there will be a shedload of css to add. I think you'd probably only need
rudimentary themeing and php skills to examine a theme which already has the suckerfish menus
integrated, and work out how it is done. Unfortunately, I don't think I have enough skill myself to do it!

Good luck. I'll be following this thread.

Look for a theme with Suckerfish installed

Bear in mind that they are very complicated themes, though. Personally I'd try to find the simplest suckerfish theme you can, to make it easier to see how it all works. Usually it states in the description if suckerfish is used. The theme you downloaded was based on garland, which is also complex. I think it would be worth 30 mins of your time searching for a simpler theme to examine, before resorting to understand those ones.

Also remember suckfish usually replaces the primary menu, so to find the script which inserts suckerfish, you'll probably need to first know how the core primary menu is inserted into themes.
