Hi guys and gals
This error message pop up during an install and i have not been able to get around it

Operations on Unicode strings are emulated on a best-effort basis. Install the PHP mbstring extension for improved Unicode support. (Currently using Unicode library Standard PHP)

any help would be useful

check your php.ini file ,u will get from this . Check your Extensions in php.ini .
