Problem with flickr upload module ( Page is not redirect properly )

I have problem with the flickr upload module. I have properly setup the administer configuration setting and callbackurl and all of the other necessary settings for the flickr upload module. However, when i authenticate my account in flickr. then flickr redirects me to my callabck url with frob like this www.abc.com/auth.php?frob=123546-4a216 .
I get the "page is not redirecting properly" error.
Authentication token is not generated.
I also checked my cookies and cookies are enabled.
