For the "file" component I have the jpg option checked. However, when someone enters in a .jpeg file, webform does not allow it. Allowing .jpg should also allow .jpeg, as they are the same format with slightly different extensions.

Thanks, I added this fix that'll be included in the next version of Webform. In the mean time, I'd suggest adding "jpeg" to the list of additional extensions to serve as a work-around.
