I want to enable users to post their Material . I have made several catagories under which the articles must appear.. but some catagories have sub catagories.. like Videos ..

on clicking a button of Video I want to open a page.. that will display an Intro about the catagory.. then show Features Content that I want.. and then show other videos .

similarly I want to catagorize Blogs.. I want the featured Blogs to come on main blog page.. and still enable to surf other users blog posts using furthure categories..

Please tell me what would be the best tool.. TAXONOMY .. so that i can catagorize using Tags..Book or Forums. or any other ..

and If possible.. We must have an box that can show Messages.. like on Getting new friend request a notification must arrive on the home page after loging in..

I am a Student of XI grade .. i am developing website for Students.. n Teenagers..
