Porting to Drupal 6

Hello -

I decided to port Hidden content module to Drupal 6, with the assistance of Coder module. Only a few adjustments as well as code standards clean up was required.

The only remaining thing is I wasn't sure how to have my patch rename the "po" directory (from 5.x-1.x-dev not 5.x-1.0) to the new requirement "translations" (so in my install I've renamed the folder manually, or else it fails Coder module's test)... for more info run Coder module or see here: http://drupal.org/node/114774#translations_directory

The attached patch works perfectly for me, though anyone testing it so the maintainer can commit it would be great!
