Hi,
I built BioBums.com on phpbb 5 years ago. It did pretty well, but was hacked and never recovered. Now it is filled with spam. I was wondering if anyone could put it on top of drupal to get it going again.

Basically just involves a section where people can post classified ads for free and maybe a discussion board. It would be nice if the general idea of the theme could be kept.

I'd be willing to pay between $200-$500 if that is reasonable?
