After clicking “Check table” of Drupal’s database in "MyAdmin" there are displayed obviously some errors like "File './tmp/#sql_e5a_0.frm' not found (Errcode: 2)"

respectively messages like
("Table upgrade required. Please do "REPAIR TABLE `a...")

as to see on the screenshots.

I neither couldn’t see any effect yet, generally, nor any effect of the displayed messages / errors.
So, what do these (error) messages mean? What might they be caused by? Should I do anything? If yes, what?

This doesn't look like a Drupal issue to me - you should get in touch with your hosting support.
