In fact there is not any settings. You have to read the readme.txt and add you tabs with little coding. I think you are expecting something. What is that?

Yes me to expceting A very good easy to customize module
like
Admin>YUI TabNav
create> New TabNav
Select>Position & Pages | (add as a block) (where the tabnav will be displayed)
-----create>Tab
-----Assign>New node| node |Custom Code
