Stopped working after transfer

I transfer a site to a new server and tinymce stopped working. The toggle "enable rich text is there but doesn't do anything

this the error I get from the log "Page Not found"
sites/all/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/tiny_mce_gzip.php?js=true&plugins=directionality%2Cfullscreen%2Ciespell%2Cspellchecker%2Ctable&themes=simple%2Cadvanced&languages=en&diskcache=true

Checked all the files are present?
Has any one run into this? I am stumped & looking for help or suggestions
