This basically means that the Tabs panel style will be included as a submodule in this module. Virtually no code changes will be necessary.

This will happen when the porting of Panels 2 to Drupal 6 has officially begun.

IIRC, we specifically didn't want that to happen, nedjo? Either you, me or both, I don't remember.

Basically Tabs is meant as a developer module and shouldn't contain anything but the basics. I think the reasoning was along those lines.
