Hello,

I've just been experimenting with this module and the core news aggregator module today. I wanted to understand why exactly I might want to use this module, and what situations it would be particularly suitable for. How does it differ from the core module- they both seem to achieve the same task?

core aggregator aggregates only RSS, Atom and RDF, this one should aggregate custom xml, as I understand? I need an aggregator for a custom xml, but I couldn't do that with core aggregator.

In general, this supports images, easier to theme, goes well with other modules as the aggregated content are nodes and content modules can work with them, and it's also expandable to support other XML formats. Not to mention the aggregator is known to have issues with many feeds.
