The most valueable russian search engine yandex.ru doesn't understand's attribute 'rel="nofollow"' and just ignore them.
But it uses it's own tag: .
Can you add a support of this tag?
Links should look like this:
<noindex><a rel="nofollow" href="URL">Link Text</a></noindex>
I know that yandex doesn't index an english-pages so only russian-language sites needs this feature.
Thanks. Vlad

vladsavitsky commentedYandex.ru i sthe biggest russian search engine and it indexes only russian-language sites and it uses it's own rules...
So yandex.ru uses for links that shouldn't be followed and indexed.

crea commentedThis is irrelevant now because Yandex finally started to support rel=nofollow.
