When using gmap beta2 markers are not displayed

Hello all,

First of all a massive thank you for the all the hard work you have put into developed. It is much appreciated!

I am having the following problem, after I installed alpha1, my markers are not displayed any more, when I revert to the older version the markers work again.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong ?

p.s. does alph1 fix the issue with the gmaps not displaying on certain configurations of IE6?
