Add Drupal Menu (Primary Links) to Header

This patch moves the search field in the header down and adds drupal's primary links menu to the top right.

I found this particularly useful for my site, allowing me to place an "About Us" and "Blog" link in a logical location.

Since my logo is a little different than the default, I was able to change the header_titlebg.gif to make the menu look like a natural part of the theme. See my site:

Unfortunately, the Drigg logo did not allow me to do this easily, so I left this part out. Maybe someone can add it in the future when the graphics are able to be reworked.
