Lost "Rebuilt Perms" Button after uninstalling Node Privacy by Role

Hi,

I got some access problems with Node Privacy by Role Enabled (see next issue), so I Uninstalled it.

But now I lost the Post Settings / "Rebuilt Permissions" Button !!

Help please.
