Description

We have been using Asset module extensively for 4 months now. It has been a huge time saver for managing images and attachments. But after using it so often we came across one feature that we found wanting. In cases where for a particular page when there is more than one images(10+ in some cases) it becomes very cumbersome and time consuming to add each images one by one. If there was the functionality to upload multiple assets and select multiple assets in a single step for a node it would be very helpful.

Just a suggestion :)

Hi Jahangir,

Asset 5.x-2 has been discontinued, please use 5.x-1. The asset_import module allows you to upload many files as assets and the media_mover integration allows you to automatically assign them to nodes as well. As to adding multiple asset straight into a node, I'm not sure how that would go. This is not possible with any other cck field (imagefield, filefield) and I'm also not sure what interface would allow this do be done for TinyMCE for instance.

What are your thoughts on this?
