I would love to see a user be able to not only report a comment as offensive, but allow the module owner to remove the comment. It would also be great if a individual could then ban all comments from any of his publications. It should send a message containing the removed comment and the reason it was removed. Or the comment associated with the persons restriction.

Also can you store the number of bans using the votingapi?
