I Create CCLink and attatch a publish/unpublish action. When i go to schedule the publish I have not option to choose publish or unpublish.

Now you need to create a Rule using the workflow_ng module.

Thanks for the speedy reply however. I have the rule in place it's a node publish unpublish rule.
