Asia News
CN News
JP News
KR News
IN News
...

i want to know :
1 How can i get the categories list bellow [Asia News]? and all list belonged to [News Center] then ?
2 How can i get the articles in [Asia News]'s child categories for [Asia News]?

i think you want to take a look at the http://drupal.org/project/views module (there's now a release candidate for d6).

you knew to create a category. so i believe you will know configure next step. when you create 1 category you will see below "Advanced options". you can choose parent term. only like that.
and then use Menus in Site building to configure all categories.
Create a menu and add item of that menu. each item will contains a link of category.
