Good day,

Just now getting into research and reading on l10n and i18n for Drupal 6.2 and reading through the documentation I did not find it mentioned. Is one standard being utilized or is it currently mixed standards? (Apologies for such a basic question but with the search function down it was taking too long to find it out quickly.)

On http://drupal.org/project/drupal-pot, it says;

The translated files should be stored in contrib-cvs/translations/id where id is an RFC 4646 language code. If you don't know your code, ask on the translations mailing list.
